Use of This Website

This website provides information about our residential window and door installation services and allows you to request a project consultation. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or interfere with the site's operation.

Consultation and Estimate Requests Are Not a Contract

Submitting a project consultation or estimate request through this website does not create a binding contract for work. It is an inquiry only. Any project scope, pricing, materials, timeline, or other terms will be confirmed separately in writing before work begins. We reserve the right to decline projects at our discretion.

Text Messaging (SMS) Program

Jimmy's Glass may send low-volume, mixed-content SMS to customers who submit a request through our website estimate form and who separately opt in to receive text messages. Agreeing to these Terms does not constitute consent to receive SMS. SMS opt-in is collected only through a clearly labeled checkbox on our estimate form that is unchecked by default and is independent of this Terms agreement.

If you opt in, you may receive transactional messages (such as quote confirmations, appointment reminders, and service status notices) and occasional promotional messages (such as seasonal discounts or service offers). Opting in to SMS is not required to submit the form or receive a quote.

Every message identifies Jimmy's Glass and includes instructions to opt out. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for support. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Carrier liability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS is subject to your mobile carrier's network availability and policies.

Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to our SMS program. By opting in, you represent that you are 18 or older.
