Why Riverside jobs run differently
In an older Riverside home, almost nothing is a standard size. Openings have usually settled over decades, original trim is worth keeping, and a unit ordered off a stock size chart will announce itself the moment it goes in. Most of our work here is custom-fabricated to the measured opening, with the exterior finish and sightlines matched so the house still reads as itself. Newer tracts on the outskirts are more conventional, and we quote those accordingly.
